Welcome to Villa Liberty Village

Our privately owned luxurious 3 bedroom villa which was finished in 2004 is situated just 3 miles south of the main 192 highway on the new Liberty Village phase of Eagle Pointe South.

Access is via the South entrance to Eagle Pointe South/Liberty Village and it is situated on a south-facing plot which has a lake view on the circular road leading "In" and "Out" of Liberty Village.

Placed for perfection in an area of natural beauty, yet only a few minutes drive from the many shops and restaurants on route 192 and only 15 minutes at normal driving speeds from the many Disney World attractions of this wonderful part of Central Florida.

Villa Description

Our aim was to create a home from home for our clients and ourselves. With this in mind, our 2nd villa in the area is decorated and furnished to a very high standard with luxury being the best way of achieving client satisfaction and restful holidays.

Tasteful furnishing and decoration in the true open plan Florida Style which boasts comfort and colour co-ordination throughout the living areas and three (3) bedrooms to compliment the inbuilt amenities of the villa design.

Our Living Room and Family Room are fully carpeted and furnished to a very high standard as can be seen from the pictures. Having a six (6) seat dinning table, beautifully comfortable sofas (one of which converts into a full-sized bed suitable for two individuals), coffee tables and table lamps. The entertainment in the villa comprises of a large colour TV, VCR, DVD and CD Hi-fi in the Family Room and additional TV's in all the Bedrooms. Additional ventilation and lighting from the ceiling fan.

The Master Bedroom and King size bed, together with a luxury en-suite bathroom including bath, separate walk-in shower together with a his and hers washbasins. Finally, a large walk-in closet with ample storage space and Safe for valuables. Finally, the room has its own TV/VCS for private viewing and bedside lamps.

The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-size bed, large wardrobe/closet with ample storage and TV for private viewing and bedside lamps.

The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and large wardrobe/closet together with TV for private viewing and bedside lamps.

The fully equipped Kitchen with cooker, microwave, American style refrigerator with ice make, coffee maker, blender, centre-island server, dishwasher, waste disposal and telephone. Every thing you need for lunch or dinner together with ample glasses for that late night beer or drink of wine around the flood light pool.

Situated between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Has a large bath with integrated shower unit, a toilet with extractor fan and washbasin with large mirror and power points for shaver/hairdryer etc.

Leading from this area through double sliding patio doors to the insect screened heated Pool/Spa, Jacuzzi Area with extra large sun-deck area for luxury sun lounges, chairs and table with parasol for sun protection.

• Our pools are equipped with pool heating equipment which is normally only required during the winter months.
• However, if you require pool heating it would be advisable to arrange this facility at the time of booking. Once booked, pool heating must be paid for regardless of the prevailing weather conditions on arrival because heating is switched on prior to your arrival and the expense already incurred.
• A pump automatically turns itself on and provides filtration and chlorinating of the water for approximately 8 hours each day for the entire period of your holiday. The desired water temperature is set at 85 degrees Fahrenheit, which does not give a feeling of "warmth" like a Jacuzzi; it only effectively takes the chill off the water so you can enjoy your swimming in comfort.
• We have supplied a pool blanket, which should be used if the heater and water temperature is to be achieved effectively. The blanket must be placed over the water when nobody is swimming and especially at night time when the air temperatures in winter could reach 30 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
• If the pool heater is inoperative due to a breakdown and a repair cannot be completed within 24 hours, our liability is limited to the amount of supplement paid for the pool heating not supplied. This is a condition of booking.
• Don't forget that we have also incorporated a Spa/Jacuzzi for your further enjoyment in with the prices show.
